Thank you so much to Charleston Black Cab for getting us to and from on my wedding day! William was excellent. The communication before and after their service was amazing! We had such a great time and were so grateful to be in safe hands. Definitely partied on the party bus! Also, when we left a bag, William immediately got in touch and we were able to retrieve it the next day. Great integrity and professionalism.

We used Charleston Black Cab Company for a bachelorette party I hosted. 16 girls bopping around from Isle of Palms to Saltwater Cowboys to downtown Charleston. The party bus was super clean, there were cold bottles of water provided, and our driver, Paula, was fantastic (she was such a vibe)!! Paula was extremely prompt and responded to messages within 20 seconds of delivery. Such a fun time!

We used the Charleston Black Cab company for an international trip. The service is excellent, punctual, the drivers are very safe and courteous. Returning to the US, we had multiple problems with cancelled and delayed flights due to Hurricane Irma. In spite of several changes in dates and arrival times, when we finally did get to the Charleston Airport, the driver was waiting on us. After traveling 30 plus hours it was wonderful to have a beautiful, air-conditioned car and a driver who took over all our luggage immediately and invited us to cool off inside the carwhile he loaded the car. He provided cold water and certainly went the extra mile when he took us home and unloaded the car at the most convenient place for us-certainly not for him! I am a big fan of this company.

We used them for a brewery tour for a group of 15+ men. It was an incredible experience. They treated us like royalty. They had all the stops planned out, and our driver, Herb was excellent. Great company to use when in Charleston!

The bus was clean, prompt, and very nice. Bluetooth music from your phone, water, ice and coozies available. Great customer service.

Our group had a BLAST on this trip. Our wonderful driver, Alex kept us on time and entertained throughout the entire tour. He was very knowledgable about the area and took so many great pictures of our group! Would HIGHLY recommend for large groups looking to have a great time.

In town for a college reunion w 17 guys, needed transport to a dinner spot about 20 minutes from the hotel... these guys were THE BEST! Vehicle was immaculate and VERY cool, driver Richard was awesome, we had ice, water and music as promised. Hope I have an opportunity to use them again!

The customer service agent who took my reservation (by telephone---because I was using a coupon) was excellent---professional, gracious, and detail-oriented. My driver was professional and personable. I was provided with everything I would expect re: customer care for an executive car. My family and I hired Black Cab to pick us up at the train station and drive us about 20 minutes away. Our train was 2 hours late and we were starving. We were on the train for 15 hours. I had been in touch with my driver Leeza for the last few hours and asked if we were able to stop for food after the pickup. And that's exactly what she did. Leeza, and the company, tried to make us have a great experience. Reliable and dependable. I know I will be in good hands with my return trip to the train.

The entire trip was terrific. Bruce was professional, knowledgeable and very attentive to the family with 4 children 6 and under.
