The Island Tour was amazing and our tour guide Leeza was so knowledgeable about the area and made the whole experience amazing. I highly recommend this tour and you absolutely have to have Leeza be your guide.

This is by far the best way to get around town! Throw all your pals in a party bus and scoot around town in style AND cheaper, safer easier than driving yourself or ubering individually. Great service with a smile!

We utilized the Charleston Black Cab Company for my boyfriend’s 28th birthday. It was easy to book, and the staff were very understanding and professional. Any questions I had were answered in a timely manner, and they always answered the phone. Our Bus driver Sasha, was a doll. The bus was spacious, with comfortable seating and had pretty lights on the inside.

Amazing service! Booked for my sisters bachelorette party and was not disappointed! Our driver took us to a bar and when he picked us up, he had gone to the store and got us a bottle of champagne. He went above and beyond for us and was so kind! 10/10 recommend!

On a recent trip to Charleston to celebrate my wife's birthday weekend I went ahead and scheduled a pick up from the Charleston airport via the companies site. The online process was smooth and seamless, which I can attest is not the standard for many other limo services. A few minutes after scheduling on line I received a confirmation phone call to ensure all the details were accurate which was perfect since I accidentally had selected an incorrect pick up date! Upon landing in Charleston I already had a text with our drivers name (Joshua), where he would be located, make and model of vehicle. Joshua helped us with our bags and we were on our way. Joshua was very informative and during our trip to the hotel he provided us with details about the city and recommendations for dining and entertainment as we had told him this was our first visit to the city. Joshua got us to our destination promptly and assisted us with our baggage. We liked them so much we also booked for a pick up back to the airport following our trip! Will be keeping their number for future trips as well. Wish I could give 10 stars! Hands down the best!

Celebrated my daughter's 21st birthday recently, and Charleston Black Cab made the whole night a success! Julio was wonderful, arrived right on time, and handled our many stops seamlessly. We never had to look for or wait for him in-between each stop, he was always right there! We even ended up going over an additional hour cause we were having so much fun! I will definitely use Charleston Black Cab in the future and recommend them to friends!

Highly recommend using Charleston Black Cab Company! We booked a party bus for a bachelor party and all of us enjoyed our experience thoroughly. Derrick, our driver, arrived promptly, fully stocked the bar areas with ice and water, and was easy to communicate with throughout the night when we were ready to be picked up and head to the next spot downtown. Will definitely rebook the next time we are in the area. P.S. the rolled out red carpet was a nice touch!

Toan and team took care of us and was hassle free, no worry for the entire experience. I made four bookings for two separate days for golf and any issues with the transport would have shot the trip. We did not have to worry as they arrived on time every time and even were flexible to come early when needed. Can't say enough good things about this company in an industry full of bad ones.

Totally satisfactory from start to finish. From the initial call to make the reservation to the final drop-off. The reliability and professionalism is the best I have ever experienced. We have used Black Cab several times and will continue to do so. We have had six different drivers and they all have been great. It is a wonderful service and we are glad it is available to us in the Charleston area.

Ease of booking online! Fantastic driver who communicated very well with us after our flight landed. Even provided chilled water bottles which was much appreciated after a long day of travel. Would highly recommend and will book again on our next visit.!
