On September 5, 2025 my Marine Corps officer class reunion hired Black Cab to take us from our hotel in Point Pleasant, SC to the Marine Corps recruit graduation parade at Parris Island, SC. Our driver, Joseph Jones, showed up on time (5:00 am) in a beautiful MBZ sprinter van. He was very professional, friendly and interested in our group. As an Army veteran he related to the event and we enjoyed his perspective on this Marine ceremony. I certainly highly recommend Black Cab for anyone's ground transportation needs in the Charleston area.

They are amazing! We left a pair of costa sunglasses in the car and they called us the next day and let us know and held them until we could get there to pick them up! Very nice and amazing company. Our driver was fun, knowledgeable and very pleasant to be around and jokable! We will be using this company again soon!

Our driver was professional and friendly. The car was incredibly clean and well maintained. Service was prompt and we will absolutely use the service next time we’re in town.

The customer service agent who took my reservation (by telephone---because I was using a coupon) was excellent---professional, gracious, and detail-oriented. My driver was professional and personable. I was provided with everything I would expect re: customer care for an executive car. I will definitely be using the Charleston Black Cab Company again in the future. Great job!
