Charleston Black Cab was punctual. They kept in touch when we landed. Watched our flight. I received a text as soon as my flight landed with where they were. The cab was spotless. A driver offered us cold water and asked us if we had any questions about where we were going and offered information. I would highly recommend them and definitely use them again.

Used service for nine of us, including small children, to go from Charleston airport to Isle of Palm. Vehicle was a Mercedes van and the drivers were great. Used the service both ways. Would definitely use them again

My bachelorette trip of 10 used the Black Cab Company for round-trip service on July 4th, and we couldn't have had a better time! The company was easy to book with, provided professional service, and was extremely organized. I was emailed invoices with all the details I needed, and the driver was on time for pick-up and drop-off. The bus was SO fun for our group and was the best way to start and end the night. I recommend Black Cab for any transportation needs you may have in the Charleston area!

We had a guest that needed a ride to the Amtrak station at 4 am. Our driver Jordan was on time, friendly and professional. The communication texts we received in the days prior to pick up and morning of pickup were great and made me feel confident. Will definitely use this service again.

On a recent trip to Charleston to celebrate my wife's birthday weekend I went ahead and scheduled a pick up from the Charleston airport via the companies site. The online process was smooth and seamless, which I can attest is not the standard for many other limo services. A few minutes after scheduling on line I received a confirmation phone call to ensure all the details were accurate which was perfect since I accidentally had selected an incorrect pick up date! Upon landing in Charleston I already had a text with our drivers name (Joshua), where he would be located, make and model of vehicle. Joshua helped us with our bags and we were on our way. Joshua was very informative and during our trip to the hotel he provided us with details about the city and recommendations for dining and entertainment as we had told him this was our first visit to the city. Joshua got us to our destination promptly and assisted us with our baggage. We liked them so much we also booked for a pick up back to the airport following our trip! Will be keeping their number for future trips as well. Wish I could give 10 stars! Hands down the best!

Recently took Black Cab for a trip to airport in Charleston. They were excellent. Arrived early. I requested no scent in the car & they made sure it was scent free. Thx again for excellent service.

We used Charleston Black Cab Company to transport our executives from Charleston Airport to Mt. Pleasant. We had a time to do short sightseeing at Historic site in Charleston on the way. Our driver, John is very polite and professional. He is also knowledgeable about the local architectures and history, and gave us excellent guide while visiting the area. The car, Lexus ES350 is super clean and comfortable, too. The company sent me messages before we arrived at the airport letting me know where the car would wait to pick us up, which I think is a good service. I will definitely use this company again at the next opportunity to go to Charleston.

First class service as always! Had to haul the entire family and bags to the airport for a super early morning flight. Our driver was early, which made us feel really comfortable. He then loaded everything in and got us there and lickety-split! Unloaded us right at the proper check-in area. When traveling with a large family with lots of luggage, it’s quite chaotic. Jordon took phenomenal care of us!

I booked a limo bus service for a rehearsal dinner months ago. As our event drew closer and we narrowed down our numbers and itinerary, I reached out for help with logistics. I was quickly and curtly told that they don’t help with logistics or timing. They said I could google the locations and tell them how much time I needed. When I expressed surprise and dissatisfaction with how they were handling my requests for assistance, they cancelled my reservation (one week before my reservation). Luckily they gave me a refund. I was able to book with another company who was easily able to help me. And we had a great experience. As I did with every other vendor I worked with in Charleston. We had a beautiful event, despite the last minute curveball from this company. I would not recommend them to anyone.

The Charleston Black Cab Company was PERFECT for celebrating a friend's bachelorette in Charleston. The driver showed up on time, was incredibly accommodating and available for slight schedule adjustments, and made the experience so much fun. I highly recommend if you are trying to get from Kiawah to downtown Charleston for a night on the town!

Had great service from the airport to the hotel. They tracked our flight and arrived ahead of schedule. They also provided a car seat free of charge which other companies in the area did not offer. Would definitely recommend!
