On a recent trip to Charleston to celebrate my wife's birthday weekend I went ahead and scheduled a pick up from the Charleston airport via the companies site. The online process was smooth and seamless, which I can attest is not the standard for many other limo services. A few minutes after scheduling on line I received a confirmation phone call to ensure all the details were accurate which was perfect since I accidentally had selected an incorrect pick up date! Upon landing in Charleston I already had a text with our drivers name (Joshua), where he would be located, make and model of vehicle. Joshua helped us with our bags and we were on our way. Joshua was very informative and during our trip to the hotel he provided us with details about the city and recommendations for dining and entertainment as we had told him this was our first visit to the city. Joshua got us to our destination promptly and assisted us with our baggage. We liked them so much we also booked for a pick up back to the airport following our trip! Will be keeping their number for future trips as well. Wish I could give 10 stars! Hands down the best!

Charleston Black Cab provided excellent, professional and timely service. Our driver, Bernard, was knowledgable, resourceful and engaging.

Had great service from the airport to the hotel. They tracked our flight and arrived ahead of schedule. They also provided a car seat free of charge which other companies in the area did not offer. Would definitely recommend!

Everything was great will use again soon.

We had an awesome experience. The driver was on time, courteous, and lots of fun. We took a night out for our team company party from work. Everyone had such a good time. We plan to make this an annual tradition.

Driver was on time and helpful, making a reservation was very easy - their flight delay policy is a bit unfair so be careful booking for airport service - we had to pay double the price due to uncontrollable weather delay.

We used Chalreston Black Cab Company for a bachelor party tour around town. The bus arrived early and the driver was very professional. The bus was clean and comfortable. I had no problems arriving to all our destinations and I would highly recommend to anyone looking for car service in the Charleston area.

We had a great experience with Charleston Black Cab on our wedding night. They kept in touch in the days leading up to the wedding and sent text updates as well which was super helpful, especially in the midst of crazy wedding chaos! Our driver was wonderful as well. We'd definitely use again.

He got us from Edisto to downtown Charleston promptly and safely. We absolutely loved the party bus we rented and would absolutely do it again. The champagne and water and ice were all very much appreciated touches!

I used Charleston Black Cab Company as drivers for my parents during my daughter's recent wedding weekend on Kiawah Island. The drivers were all very professional, my parents loved the Mercedes they road in all weekend and the communication between the company, the drivers and my parents was spot on! They were able to adjust their schedule when needed and the driver(s) were very flexible with them. CBCC allowed me to focus on my daughter's wedding and not worry a bit about my parents being on time anywhere. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for driver services in the Charleston area!

Another mom and I decided to combine our 12-year old sons' birthday party and we came up with the party bus idea. From the beginning, Charleston Black Cab Company was great to work with. They were flexible and very responsive. The actual party bus experience was so much more than we ever expected! With eleven 12-year old boys in tow, we had no idea how it was going to go. Alex our driver was so professional, kind and patient with our crew and most of all, he was FUN! The guys loved him and wanted him to stay at the party with them after our ride was over. He was attentive to us as parents and made sure we were all having a ball while keeping everyone safe. We loved every second of it! This special night made memories for these boys that will last a lifetime! Our only challenge now is how we will ever top this birthday party! 1. Promptness- Leeza was very prompt and even got there early and was very accommodating as we were surprising the bride with this.
2. Professionalism-she was very professional and went over all of the rules and details of the bus.
3. Helpfulness-she helped with anything we needed with easy and quickly.
4. Accommodating- Accommodated anything we needed and helped take group photos of us.
5. Clean/Comfortable Vehicle- the party bus was clean and comfortable.
6. Any suggestions on how we can improve? None that I can think of.
