There was 8 of us from Tennessee and we had the best time in our life. For the remaining stay in Charleston that’s all we talked about. Went to Lewis to eat and that was FABULOUS then to Firefly and another distillery. Our tour guy Connie O’Donald was terrific. Very professional and went out of his way to accommodate us. Definitely will recommend this company.

Total home run. Used for 3 trips while in Charleston. They arrived early each time and texted and called to let me know when they were there.

We booked the bbq. Bourbon and beer tour. We would absolutely recommend this tour. Our tour guide Monica was amazing!!!

Very easy and professional. Only reason I rate a 4 is because I ordered a Porsche as a getaway car, but they showed up in a Mercedes…… didn’t notice until family let me know a few weeks after wedding.
Might not be a big deal to some, but I had a vision and it was not in a Mercedes.

This company provided a great experience for my birthday/girls trip. Every detail of the day was mapped out, and our hostess, Monica, was great. She went above and beyond her duties to ensure that our excursion was enjoyable and memorable. Danielle communicated with me extensively about the itinerary and answered all my questions. We were even able to add a guest the day before the experience. We were provided with luxury transportation, mimosas, and snacks along the way. I highly recommend and would definitely use this company again.

This is the second sippin’ tour I’ve done with Charleston black cab company and both have been excellent experiences! Our driver this time, Monica, was punctual, accommodating and very fun to be around all day. There is an option for party bus upgrades which is perfect for groups! We loved the variation in stops on the sippin tour and it never felt like there was too much driving. The pricing is competitive with other similar experiences in the area. I definitely recommend Charleston black cab for any group experiences!

We had the BEST experience with Charleston Black Cab Company for our joint bachelor/bachelorette weekend! The girls did the Sippin’ Tour with Joshua and the guys did the Beer, Bourbon & BBQ tour with Frank, and both were absolutely amazing from start to finish. Everything was organized perfectly, the stops were so much fun, and our drivers truly made the experience even better. They were friendly, professional, fun, and kept the energy up the entire time. It was such a memorable part of our Charleston weekend and everyone in our group had a blast. Highly recommend booking with them for any group trip or celebration!

This was my first time using Charleston Black Cab Company. I will contact them again, without hesitation, when the need presents. Additionally, I will recommend their service to friends and family. They were extremely easy to work with. When my needs changed, they made recommendations and were willing to accommodate all requests. On the afternoon of our event, I received a message informing the "party bus" reserved was out of commission. At that point I became concerned as to what type vehicle would be provided. Part of our group was picked up in advance of arrival at my location. I began receiving texts telling me how wonderful the bus was. What a pleasant surprise to learn we were upgraded from our 12-14 passenger bus to an 18 passenger bus, complete with wet bar, party lighting, and premium sound. Our driver, Brandon, was extremely personable and professional. He anticipated our needs and provided great music for the trip. He stayed on-site, 3 hours, waiting for us to re-board the bus and return home. We were celebrating an 80th birthday, traveling from Charleston to Summerton to meet friends for dinner and hear Night Shift Party Band play at The Carolina Palms. The birthday boy plays saxaphone in the band. Don't laugh - you'd think he's 40, not 80!! What a fun evening!! Made even better by knowing we could enjoy our evening and no worry of having to drive to or from the event.

Jordan was an excellent driver. A good conversationalist. Very neat, polite, and knowledgeable employee! He’s a keeper!

I recently used a party bus service for a bachelorette party and was extremely satisfied with the experience. The company answered all of my questions before booking and arrived early on the day of the event. They were responsive to emails and inquiries leading up to the party, which I greatly appreciated.

I received helpful messages about our driver's arrival and he was there ahead of time. I would recommend Black Cab Company to anyone as a good private car airport transfer.
And I have used them again! In May 2018, for airport transfer.
As always, our driver texted us to let us know he was waiting. We had to wait a long time at baggage claim but no problem.
Plus, we had to change to an earlier flight arrival but the Charleston Black Cab co. took care of arrangements. Kudos to them for a relaxing ride home!
