This was one of the most pleasant experiences we have ever had. They were prompt, very responsive and proactive in their communications. The vehicles were extremly comfortable and clean. Also the most courteous and helpful drivers we have ever come across. Strongly recommend them.

We booked this to take our group of 17 from IOP to Charleston for a wedding and we had the BEST time. LaDonna was AWESOME! She arrived early and was super polite, professional and fun. This was the cleanest and nicest bus we had been on - came with great coolers, ice and water. The music was great, too! Will definitely use this service again!

Drivers are prompt and courteous. Vehicles are clean and well maintained. I have used them several times and will use them again when I need a ride.

I used Charleston Black Cab Company as drivers for my parents during my daughter's recent wedding weekend on Kiawah Island. The drivers were all very professional, my parents loved the Mercedes they road in all weekend and the communication between the company, the drivers and my parents was spot on! They were able to adjust their schedule when needed and the driver(s) were very flexible with them. CBCC allowed me to focus on my daughter's wedding and not worry a bit about my parents being on time anywhere. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for driver services in the Charleston area!

It was awesome! It was in an awful storm and even though the driver was late and I was a few minutes late to my appt, it was unavoidable due to the weather. The driver was extremely friendly and kind her pick up and drop off was nearly as close as door to door as you can get especially in the pouring down rain. Fantastic experience with Charleston Black Cab! We rented a party bus for a special birthday celebration for our party of 6. Our chauffeur (Josh) was extremely professional, patient and experienced in providing smooth transportation and navigation. The party bus was very comfortable with a perfect amount of room for standing (moving around) and sitting along with storage for all our bring-aboard supplies and party gear. We will definitely book this service again!

I was at the Kiawah Island Resort for a wedding and needed last-minute transport for a large group. I called around 3pm and they were able to squeeze us in same-day! Their office team was friendly and helpful, and the driver was excellent. I would definitely recommend them!
