We rented a party bus for a float day on the river and had the best time! Our driver LaDonna was amazing and super helpful! Such an awesome experience! Would highly recommend for a group event!

Really great service start to finish. The team that helped me with the booking was so responsive and quick to meet my requests when I had to make some last minute changes. The drivers were also top notch! Showed up early and were back for the pick up within a few minutes of me calling them. Would recommend!

Joseph was amazing! We flew in from Atlanta. While on the tarmac, we received a text from Joseph, who provided us with his contact information. When we in the process of landing, we received another text from him indicating that he arrived early and where we needed to be for pick up. When we approached him and the vehicle, he greeted us with a smile.

When we entered the vehicle, he offered us two ice cold bottles of water, which was refreshing! Joseph provided us with all sorts of information from restaurants to things to do while we are in the Charleston area. In rating him, I would give Joseph a 10 out of 10 in all of these categories:

Everything with the bus was great! The driver was very accommodating and worked with us to stay on schedule and take us where we needed to go. The bus was nicely stocked and very clean and the Bluetooth was easy to use!

Our group of 10 arranged round trip transportation from Charleston Airport and the Santuary Resort at Kiawah. All aspects of their service were superb. Our golf group has been on many golf trips throughout the country and Charleston Black Cab stands at the very top of limo companies. We have recommended them to several friends who have upcoming trips to the Charleston area

I requested a cab at the last minute yesterday and received very prompt service. The person on the phone was very pleasant to speak to.

The driver (Michael Dao) arrived earlier than expected. He was very friendly, courteous, and drove safely. I highly recommend this company & driver. I will be utilizing them again the next time I need to get around Charleston in a Cab.

On September 5, 2025 my Marine Corps officer class reunion hired Black Cab to take us from our hotel in Point Pleasant, SC to the Marine Corps recruit graduation parade at Parris Island, SC. Our driver, Joseph Jones, showed up on time (5:00 am) in a beautiful MBZ sprinter van. He was very professional, friendly and interested in our group. As an Army veteran he related to the event and we enjoyed his perspective on this Marine ceremony. I certainly highly recommend Black Cab for anyone's ground transportation needs in the Charleston area.

CBC was amazing! I booked a last minute 14 passenger limo party bus last weekend. The reservation, the communication, and overall customer service was too notch. The event itself went very smooth from the moment our chauffeur Terrie showed up. We had a group of 13 and when started our journey we were very indecisive as to where we wanted to land for some spirits. Our chauffeur was amazingly accommodating, as well as very patient. We then made seven stops from West Ashely, North Charleston through Summerville and out toward Ridgeville on our journey home to ensure everybody got to their front doors. She was spot on and so organized! I could not have asked for a better evening and experience. We will definitely be using CCB in the future!

I used Charleston Black Cab Company this past weekend for son and his girlfriend's prom. I have to say that we were very pleased with the service. They sent reminder and confirmation emails of my reservation and booking. They sent text messages when the drivers were on the way and when they had arrived. They included the names of the drivers in the text messages which was great. The car we got was real nice and Montie was amazing. He even let me get a picture of him with my son and his girlfriend. He opened the door for them to get in and provided bottle water for them to enjoy on the ride. I did not get to meet the gentlemen who picked them up from prom but I'm sure he was great too! Great price, great service and will definitely recommend.

The gentleman that picked me up from the airport was super professional and arrived on time. The car was very clean. I will use this company again the next time I have to be in the Charleston Area.

We had 20+ people over the course of a weekend and every trip of ours was fun & smooth. Planning was seamless & the office was extremely helpful when I needed it. Will be using again!

We would definitely use this company again. Driver arrived ahead of schedule (which was fine, as he waited until the scheduled time of our departure) at the hotel. Drive to the airport was quick and the driver ensured we were all comfortable with the temperature. It was a very nice end to our trip to Charleston.

Glad to use the Charleston Black Cab Company for our night around the town. I wanted to have a celebration before my friend's wedding day and our Driver Jeremy was top notch. The bus was clean, very spacious, and a great sound system.
