The black cab co limo drivers were prompt and kind. We got married in downtown Charleston, which is a difficult area to navigate but our first driver managed to coordinate a meet up with my photographer even though both of us didn’t have our phones! I booked our getaway car from the reception for 9pm in error. When I called to let the company know we actually needed the car 45 minutes early, our driver, Sheila, was already waiting in the parking lot. We highly recommend this company for their affordability and professionalism.

They’ve always given us great service and a fair price. They’ll continue to be our go to limo service in the Charleston area.

Customer service was great - they were so accommodating even though we changed plans last minute, provided multiple options so we could pick the option that best met our needs, were early for our reservation, and were kind and courteous with all interactions. The driver was polite, down-to-earth, safe, and helpful. Will definitely book with them again!

I could not have been more pleased with the Mercedes Limo Bus we booked for my sister's bachelorette party! There were 10 of us coming from Folly Beach to Charleston to go out, and it was the perfect size, not to mention immaculately clean & nice. Our driver, Robert, was right on time and was nice enough to get out and take a picture of the group in front of the house before we left. Our driver John on the way home was equally nice and courteous. Neither of them minded that we played the music obnoxiously loud, and both of them helped us figure out how to control the music before we started riding. The communication was just great as well - they texted with me the whole day to give me updates on who would be coming and giving me the driver's personal cell phone number, and then I'd get a text from the driver also. On the way home, they didn't mind at all that we were in a different location from the one I had written on the reservation. I could not recommend this company more!

My bachelorette trip of 10 used the Black Cab Company for round-trip service on July 4th, and we couldn't have had a better time! The company was easy to book with, provided professional service, and was extremely organized. I was emailed invoices with all the details I needed, and the driver was on time for pick-up and drop-off. The bus was SO fun for our group and was the best way to start and end the night. Booked for a colleague who was pressed for time between the airport and College of Charleston interview. Overall, he was pleased with the service but found the driver somewhat difficult to understand over the cell phone.

I used Black Cab on New Years Eve so I could enjoy our dinner downtown. My trip was off peak for that night but they accommodated and communicated with me several times in the days before to be sure I had what I needed. Everyone was very pleasant and treated me with respect throughout. I would recommend this service!

We booked The Charleston Black Car Company for my son Tanner’s 27th birthday, and it was hands-down one of the best decisions we made! We rented the Mercedes limo party bus (seats 14), and had a group of 10 adults ranging from ages 25 to 51 — and every single one of us had an absolute blast. From the moment we were picked up at our home, the experience was seamless. We booked four hours with plans to stop at three locations, but honestly, the young 20-somethings loved the bus so much that all they wanted to do was ride around, play music, and enjoy the party on wheels — and the bus made that easy and fun! We were able to hook up our own playlists through Bluetooth, bring our own drinks, and they provided cold water, cups, and napkins. The driver was fantastic — professional, friendly, and constantly tidying up, taking care of spills, and making sure the bus looked fresh and ready each time we got back on. And the price? By FAR the least expensive of all the quotes I received in Charleston — yet the service exceeded every expectation. Truly exceptional. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We will 100% be booking with them again for future events!
