There were several favorite parts of my experience. First was the initial inquiry with Danielle. She was very reassuring that my trip to the airport would happen without a glitch. I was stranded miles away from the airport without access to ride share. Titto my driver was awesome helpful and so kind. Needless to say my experience was exceptional!!! I would highly recommend!!!

We used Charleston Black Cab company for transportation during a bachelorette weekend. They were always on time, courteous and professional. Would definitely recommend them and use them again!

We booked a crafted party bus tour for our 11 girl bachelorette party! Our driver was Danielle for the day, but I don’t even want to call her the driver because she was our EVERYTHING! She was our mother goose, our paparazzi, our hype girl, our Charleston 411, personal chef making sure we were fed and hydrated, and she was a genuine friend at the end! I could not write enough great things about Danielle, I loved everything about our tour, bus, etc…but it’s Danielle that made the experience PERFECT! She knew our needs before we needed them, made sure everyone was happy the whole time, and made sure we got to see all the good things of Charleston while literally having a blast doing it!! If you are thinking of booking this experience, don’t hesitate at all…and make sure you request Danielle you won’t be sorry!

From start to finish, Charleston Black Cab Company exceeded my expectations. A big shoutout to Josh and Herb for their role in delivering perfection.

On our wedding day the party bus we rented from another company broke down just before our wedding party was to travel to the ceremony! We called Charleston Black Cab Co. and not only did they accommodate our large party almost immediately, they made the day so much more enjoyable and our ceremony started right on time with all of us present! Our driver was amazing and we were so thankful they were able to save our day!

Angela arrived early to our house and made it easy to travel around town. She was super helpful and very friendly!!

Charleston Black Cab has excellent customer service from the dispatchers to drivers! They are friendly, thorough, helpful and more importantly...ON TIME! I once requested a pick up time that I thought was sufficient, but then the dispatcher called back to explain with recent traffic issues leaving 10 minutes earlier will ensure an on time arrival to the airport. Never had another car service do that before. Great team!

I hired Charleston Black Cab Co for both airport & hotel pickup for 5 people. The customer service reps are helpful and very courteous. I got a call immediately confirming flight # and arrival times. I had to change my hotel pickup time to return to the airport and it was done very easily. I would highly recommend Charleston Black Cab to anyone traveling on business or otherwise.

The booking staff was so easy to work with and they had great pricing. I looked at a few different party bus services for 17-20 people in the Charleston area and Charleston Black cab was by far the most responsive and had great deals for longer rides.
