Driver was on time and helpful, making a reservation was very easy - their flight delay policy is a bit unfair so be careful booking for airport service - we had to pay double the price due to uncontrollable weather delay.

We had an awesome experience. The driver was on time, courteous, and lots of fun. We took a night out for our team company party from work. Everyone had such a good time. We plan to make this an annual tradition.

Highly recommend! Our driver, Monica, was just exceptional! We booked a tour for my sister’s bachelorette party and got to have fun while seeing the beautiful sites and history of Charleston! Their customer service was so friendly and accommodating as we had a few cancellations and last minute additions to our trip!

Hired them for our wedding "get away" car, and they were very professional. Booking the car was very easy and quick. The driver arrived 20 minutes early and waited for us while we gathered our items. Overall, it was a great experience. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

I absolutely would recommend Charleston Black Cab Company! I recently used their party bus to act as a shuttle for our wedding, and they were a delight to work with. Not only were they able to answer all of my questions and ensure that both the wedding party & guests had a safe ride home after all the celebrations. They were very easy to work with & were very reliable on our tight schedule. If you are looking for a similar service, simply call them up & book - you will not regret it!

I called less than 24 hours before arriving and they were able to provide us with excellent service from airport to the hotel. Jim was amazing. Sadly, i broke my leg at the hotel and we had to change our plans to get me back to Houston. Jim arrived at 5:30am to help us get loaded, got us to the airport, found me a wheelchair and helped my husband with the bags. Everyone was just as nice as could be. We'll definitely call again when we get to do our do-over trip!
