I had a wonderful experience with Charleston Black Cab. Danielle the representative booked with on the phone was efficient, comprehensive and friendly. Highly recommend.

Driver was early to pick us up at the airport and he was courteous and pleasant during our 45 minute drive to Kiawah Island. The car was immaculate and a car seat was provided (as requested). Very pleased with the experience. We would definitely book again. Only improvement would be to provide bottled water, but not a big deal. Thank you!

Charleston black cab company had amazing service. Used them for a recent bachelorette party and it was 10/10 service and a great vehicle.

My friends and I were in town celebrating a bachelorette party. We saw this tour on TripAdvisor and EVERYONE suggested doing this activity. We were told that in lieu of COVID, the Tea Plantation was closed indefinitely. However, that did not stop the fun, we would still go to the Deepwater Vineyard and instead go to Firefly Distillery.

Valerie, our driver, is the definition of a hoot! She was so friendly and energetic and we would not have had nearly as much fun if it wasn't for her! She picked us up promptly in a sleek Black Mercedes Van. We had a basket full of snacks and two bottles of champagne! She played the music we wanted to hear and gave some nice facts about Charleston along the way! We saw the Angel Oak tree and she took pictures of our group. Then she took us to the Vineyard and brought us bottles of water and popcorn for the cow that protects the vines! She then took us to Firefly Distillery and let our group have quality time while she went shopping at the vendor tents outside. She then drove us to a cool bar around the corner and bought us a round of drinks! Even more, she volunteered to drop us at dinner so we wouldn't have to pay for an Uber!

She was so sweet and full of character. The entire experience was worth every penny! I would recommend this to any party looking for something to do in Charleston!

Cannot say enough great things about Charleston Black Cab Company! We used them for a 3 day retreat for 65 people - our itinerary and transportation needs were very unique and required a lot of attention to detail. Things easily could've gone wrong and ruined the whole retreat, but thanks to Danielle and her amazing team of drivers everything worked out perfectly. Their attention to detail and level of professionalism was truly unmatched. We were in great hands the entire time (even with a hurricane predicted!) and they did everything to make our trip super memorable. Thank you Charleston Black Cab!!

What a wonderful experience!! We use Charleston Black Cab Company to celebrate my husband's birthday to head in Charleston from Kiawah. Some cab companies didn't even respond when I said we were coming from there. It was a great experience each step of the way. It was extremely easy to book it and the person helping me was so pleasant! I ended up needing to change the date and the process to switch that was again extremely easy and the person I talked to was pleasant and not annoyed to switch (sometimes I get people like that). The day of I called just to see if it were possible to extend our time and asked little questions about music and even coming 15 minutes earlier to make out dinner. I wish I remembered who I talked to but he was awesome (and I was nervous to call!). They were extremely flexible with the pickup and end time and he gave great suggestions down in Charleston. It was just a pleasant phone call and even more excited for the limo. Last, our cab driver Terrie was amazing! She was on time, the limo was clean, and she was just so pleasant! She was flexible on when and where to pick us up as we moved around Charleston and it just added to our experience as we celebrated my husband's birthday. I do think having a good company and a great driver will really add to your experience (when they aren't good, it definitely impacts it negatively), so I HIGHLY recommend Charleston Black Cab! You will not regret it!

Fast, Efficient Service with Great Customer Service. I called Black Cab Company after landing at Charleston's airport and was waiting for a co-worker to arrive a short time after. The customer service representative took my information, told me exactly what would happen and when it would happen and that was exactly what did happen. It's not often you encounter that kind of a well-oiled machine.

The best way to arrive in Charleston! Terry was communicative and so helpful and made the flight stress disappear. Her car was neat and clean. Will be recommending this service to anyone I know traveling to Charleston! Thank you!

I just used Charleston Black Cab Company for the third time and highly recommend them to everyone. I appreciate: 1) their confirming upon booking 2) confirming again 24 hours before, 3) as soon as my plane lands, I have a text message saying they are there and where to meet them.
