We had the best experience with Alex at Black Cab Company. We hired this service to pick us up at our hotel in Charleston and take us to the Masters and bring us back. Alex was absolutely incredible. On the way to the Masters we hit a deer and there was no way that Alex could have avoided it. He handled the situation with such professionalism and grace. He is also full of a lot of knowledge about Charleston and had a great sense of humor. I cannot speak highly enough about Alex and this company. Keep up the outstanding work!!

This is the second sippin’ tour I’ve done with Charleston black cab company and both have been excellent experiences! Our driver this time, Monica, was punctual, accommodating and very fun to be around all day. There is an option for party bus upgrades which is perfect for groups! We loved the variation in stops on the sippin tour and it never felt like there was too much driving. The pricing is competitive with other similar experiences in the area. I definitely recommend Charleston black cab for any group experiences!

Crafted Travel Charleston, a part of Charleston Black Cab Company, took great care of our group on a recent lunch/brewery/distillery tour. They created a custom itinerary based on our needs and made sure every one of those needs was met and exceeded. The party bus was clean and super fun! They provided snacks and drinks on the bus too, which was a nice touch. I highly recommend them.

Great service and our driver was outstanding. We had a group of 30, and there were always on time. I would highly recommend.

Charleston Black Cab was reliable, clean and easy to communicate with. We had a very, very early morning pick up for the airport. The driver was gracious and timely (even arrived a little early but was not pushy). The car was spotless. I felt safe and arrived to the airport when I anticipated to!

Our driver, Pauly D, was AMAZING. The best of the best. He took my friends and I on a tour of Charleston (winery, distillery and brewery) and took care of us every step of the way. He had mimosas, snacks, water and went above and beyond to make sure we were having a great time. I would highly recommend him and this business!

Great company, friendly drivers who were early and clean cars.

I was at a wedding on John's Island and looking for a ride back to Folly for 14 people, ASAP. They promptly directed a party bus our way for a reasonable price, and arrived within 20 minutes of my very short notice call. Incredible service, patient/helpful driver, and super fun bus with music/lights/etc! We were sad our ride home wasn't longer because we were having a blast.

Had an amazing time doing the day tour with Danielle during the day for the winery and distillery tour!! She was so much fun and kept the party going. We then had Terri to shuttle us around for the night, she did great at picking us up quickly and have great recommendations. Highly recommend, truly made our whole trip!

Used service for nine of us, including small children, to go from Charleston airport to Isle of Palm. Vehicle was a Mercedes van and the drivers were great. Used the service both ways. Would definitely use them again
