We had a great experience. Our first bus had an issue with the AC, but the company handled it immediately and quickly switched us to another bus without causing any delays to our plans. Their team was amazing to work with, and our driver, Frank, was awesome. He made the trip easy and enjoyable. We will definitely use them again the next time we’re in town.

We rented this service for a bachelorette party last weekend. It was extremely convenient and the driver's were nice and respectful. The buses were also very clean and fun!

My wife and I used Charleston Black Cab Company for transportation to and from the airport while visiting the Charleston area. Our arrival time into Charleston was delayed to late in the evening and our flight out was very early in the morning. Both of our drivers (Terrie and Jordan) were on time and very professional. They made our travel experience much less stressful! We would highly recommend their services when visiting the Charleston area.

50th birthday celebration. BBQ, Booz and Ax Throwing Tour was a great activity for seven couples. Everyone had a blast. Our tour guide/party bus driver was great. Also used the company for group transportation separate from our tour and it was all very smooth. Easy to work with, good communication, prompt and knowledgeable. Highly recommend

I used Charleston Black Cab to get me to Charleston Airport earlier this month (August 2023). I have used this company several times since I moved to SC a couple of years ago. It never lets me down.
