Charleston Black Cab Company provided great service, company stayed in contact throughout the process, driver arrived on time, nice clean vehicle, courtesy service. Overall great experience.

At airport upon arrival. Car was very comfortable and driver gave some suggestions on restaurants and a mini sights tour along the way to the hotel.

My driver, Iris, was very friendly and prompt. Iris answered all of my questions and got me to my destination smoothly. Even though my flight was delayed a few hours, it was good to know that Charleston Black Cab Company was tracking my flight. I would use them again next time I go to Charleston!

Black Cab company was wonderful for my daughter's prom group! They had to transport 16 teenagers a long distance on a busy Friday night. They actually got the kids to their destination early and drove around until it was cool for them to unload and go into the prom. :) Thank you so much for getting them safely to and from the dance and putting up with all the noise!

Had a great time on the biggest bus they offered! Honestly when everyone chipped in it was probably less than a normal night out! The bus was clean and had everything we needed and Herbert the driver was an accommodating sweet guy. We did a 20 something people bachelorette party and everyone fit easily and everyone had a great time! Everything from the panel to control the lights show and music to the water bottles and ice provided was well executed. The booking team was quick to respond and I'd recommend describing your plans to them so they can let you know what's up! It gave me peace of mind to know we had flexibility based on how the evening went.

Charleston Black Cab is the best private transportation in Charleston! We always use them to and from concerts. If you're going to North Charleston Coliseum or the NPAC they can drop you right at the door and then they'll be waiting right outside when you get out! Always worth it, then you don't have to wait forever for a surging ride app! Highly recommend their friendly and professional services!

We decided to book the “Sippin’ Tour” through Charelston Black Cab Company for a bachelorette party and were beyond happy with the service! We decided to upgrade to the party bus which came with a mimosa bar, water bottles, and snack bar! Our driver Alex went above and beyond to make sure all of us had the time of our lives. Alex even kept us out 2hrs longer than our scheduled tour because there was not a scheduled tour following us and “he wanted us to continue having fun and having the best time of our lives”. I would book another tour with company in a heartbeat and encourage all of you to book as well!!

It was awesome! It was in an awful storm and even though the driver was late and I was a few minutes late to my appt, it was unavoidable due to the weather. The driver was extremely friendly and kind her pick up and drop off was nearly as close as door to door as you can get especially in the pouring down rain. Thank you so much for your stupendous service!
