Very easy and professional. Only reason I rate a 4 is because I ordered a Porsche as a getaway car, but they showed up in a Mercedes…… didn’t notice until family let me know a few weeks after wedding.
Might not be a big deal to some, but I had a vision and it was not in a Mercedes.

Charleston Black Cab Company is definitely the way to organize your traveling needs as far as car service. They are punctual, remain in communication, and 100% dependable. We use them to travel from the CHS airport to Kiawah Island (and back again) and they are just wonderful.

Wow! Cannot recommend this company enough. Danielle and her team of drivers went above and beyond to accommodate our group of 65 for a 3 day retreat. We had a very unique itinerary planned which required a lot of attention to detail from the drivers - a lot could have gone wrong, but Danielle was on it every step of the way! She was a dream to work with from the beginning and we felt at ease knowing we could trust her to handle everything. Hands down best transportation company we've worked with! I used the services of the Charleston Black Cab Company yesterday to go to the airport. I made all of the arrangements earlier in the day including payment and tip. Very easy process. My driver Dan Aberle arrived a few minutes early in a very clean and well kept SUV. He helped me with my luggage and into the car. He was prompt and extremely helpful. I arrived at the airport after a short drive and he helped me out of the car, handled me my luggage and directed to the departure door. It was a very smooth process with excellent customer service with both my driver and the people in the office who made the arrangements. I highly recommend this company. I am moving to Charleston shortly and will continue to use this company for a my transportation needs. They are great.

I had a great experience booking a shuttle from Kiawah Island to downtown Charleston with Charleston Black Cab Company. The ride was easy to set up, service was on time and friendly, and the driving was safe. I would highly recommend and I would book again should I need similar services in the area.

Had a great experience with this company this past weekend... My wife and I used them for airport transportation, as well as the Sippin' Wine tour... Our driver arrived to pick us up at the airport on time with a bottle of Champagne for our ride. The Sippin wine tour on Saturday was awesome, had a great time and the driver was perfect... We had an early flight on monday morning and the driver arrived early and waited for us outside the hotel... being that it was 5am, I was very happy to not have to figure out a ride that early in the morning and not have to rely on Uber or Lyft... Overall, it was a great weekend that was made even more relaxing with the convenience of a great car service. A++

I reached out to Charleston Black Cab at the last minute, late on a Saturday night, for an airport pickup after midnight. The dispatcher found a driver (Monica) when other services were unable to assist. She was prompt, kind, and provided excellent service as did the person booking my call, keeping us informed by text and calls after a stressful travel experience by air. I highly recommend them.

Charleston Black Cab saved us after the first rental company we had hired showed up twice to the airport with the wrong size child car seats for our toddlers. We called Charleston Black Cab and Josh showed up about 15 minutes later with the correct seats. He was so helpful and nice getting all of our stuff and group into the suv. Once we arrived in downtown Charleston he lugged all of our luggage and strollers up the stairs to our condo. We received an initial text from the company upon me calling them to request a suv, a text once Josh arrived and one after our trip was complete. They also text us 48 hours from our departure day to confirm our pickup with them. Very professional and nice to deal with. Thanks again! Danielle Yarbrough

We used Charleston Black Cab Company for a bachelorette party I hosted. 16 girls bopping around from Isle of Palms to Saltwater Cowboys to downtown Charleston. The party bus was super clean, there were cold bottles of water provided, and our driver, Paula, was fantastic (she was such a vibe)!! Paula was extremely prompt and responded to messages within 20 seconds of delivery. Such a fun time!

Incredible company that was more affordable than all the other vehicle providers! We fielded multiple quotes and they beat them all. Drivers showed up on time, were very kind, and had all the amenities you may need (aux, ice in party van, koozies, etc) - highly recommend!!
