We used this company for a round trip from Kiawah to Charleston for a 40th birthday and activities for my husband. It was a seamless process to book, prices were great, service was stellar, and communication was excellent. Our driver, Brandon, was fabulous!

I hired Charleston Black Cab Co for both airport & hotel pickup for 5 people. The customer service reps are helpful and very courteous. I got a call immediately confirming flight # and arrival times. I had to change my hotel pickup time to return to the airport and it was done very easily. I would highly recommend Charleston Black Cab to anyone traveling on business or otherwise.

The guys over there took amazing care of my wife and I, justa dinner night out with a couple stops we were even given a nice tour of Downtown Charleston while we were on our way to dinner. Highly recommended.

My wife and I used Charleston Black Cab Company for transportation to and from the airport while visiting the Charleston area. Our arrival time into Charleston was delayed to late in the evening and our flight out was very early in the morning. Both of our drivers (Terrie and Jordan) were on time and very professional. They made our travel experience much less stressful! We would highly recommend their services when visiting the Charleston area.

We booked 2 of the 44-passenger buses for group transportation for a day-long event. Drivers were prompt, courteous, and very communicative. Buses were clean, cold ac and stocked with water bottles. I would definitely book with them again.

Great experience with Charleston Black Cab Company. They were super easy to work with, on time, and the party bus was clean and comfortable. The Bluetooth/music setup worked great and made the ride a lot of fun for our group. Would definitely use them again next time we’re in Charleston.

For some reason the speaker was louder when another guest’s phone was hooked up to it but other than that small obstacle at the beginning, we had a great time! Driver was polite and company was communicative and professional.

Last weekend 15 of us were in Charleston for a bachelorette party and we all agreed that we would definitely use Charleston Black Cab again. I have known of you guys for many years now but never utilized your services. Your vehicles are top notch and extremely well kept, and your drivers are extremely professional. You guys are the far better option when it comes to special event transportation.
