We had a wonderful time and was amazed at how well this booking was handled from the moment I requested a quote to the time we ended our ride. We had an AMAZING time celebrating my daughters 21st birthday. The driver was a blast and so accomodating. She was on time, easy to communicate with and so patient as we drove around. The party bus was clean and the lighting and sound system which they let us play our own music added to the fun. I highly recommend making your own fun playlist for your event! There was ice, and waters and everything was great. I couldn't recommend this more.

We had a great experience with Charleston Black Cab Company on Saturday evening. Our driver, Dan Aberle, was prompt, professional and very pleasant. We plan to use Charleston Black Cab Company again in the future, and would recommend their services to anyone.

It was so easy to make a reservation on their website! They were quick to respond to my emails with questions. Our driver, Corey, was so nice and accommodating. It was easy to reach him when we needed to be picked up. The limo bus was clean and full of plenty of water bottles. Great service all around!!

We booked this to take our group of 17 from IOP to Charleston for a wedding and we had the BEST time. LaDonna was AWESOME! She arrived early and was super polite, professional and fun. This was the cleanest and nicest bus we had been on - came with great coolers, ice and water. The music was great, too! Will definitely use this service again!

I was at the Kiawah Island Resort for a wedding and needed last-minute transport for a large group. I called around 3pm and they were able to squeeze us in same-day! Their office team was friendly and helpful, and the driver was excellent. I would definitely recommend them!

Contacted on evening of March 16 to schedule a ride to the St Patrick’s Day parade on the morning of March 17. Booking was east and the staff was friendly and accommodating. Driver arrived earlier than the scheduled pickup time but told us no worries and not to rush. Jordan (driver) was friendly and professional. Vehicle (sprinter van) was clean and comfortable. Overall great experience.

15 of us were in Charleston last weekend celebrating a bachelorette party and I’m so glad that we hired Charleston Black Cab Co.! My driver was not only knowledgeable of the area and gave great tips on what to do to make the most of our time but also had an awesome personality as well. This company was so organized and driver was early to our pick up location and let us go on bus early and everything. Our driver was Aaron and he was incredible!! The bus was huge and so fancy. We had the best time on it!! I highly recommend this company and if you’re looking to do something fun with a group in Charleston I’d say take a limo ride into downtown like we did!

I used Charleston Black Cab for an early morning airport dropoff. I was worried because I was booking on Thursday for an early Sunday morning service and my pickup location was outside of the city, but the whle process from booking to the dropoff was great (the booking agent even gave me restauarant recommendations on the island where I was staying)! Richard was our driver and I would highly recommend him and Charleston Black Cab Company!

We rented the big limo-style party bus that holds 38 people for our approximately 30-person group. We felt like celebrities! And no one wanted to get off for our stop bc they were having so much fun! Our driver was timely, friendly, and very professional. This was for my husband’s 40th birthday and we will 1000% be booking again for my 40th next year!
