I always use Black Cab company whether I am traveling on business or pleasure or when I need limousines for a group. They are always on time, watch my flights carefully & it’s really helpful when they notify me of any flight delays, etc when I’m arriving from overseas. This company is efficient, knowledgeable and always so polite. I wouldn’t use anyone else.

Driver was on time and helpful, making a reservation was very easy - their flight delay policy is a bit unfair so be careful booking for airport service - we had to pay double the price due to uncontrollable weather delay.

The person helping me was very understanding and walked me through everything. The bus was very clean, the prim group really enjoyed it. The driver was super helpful and patient. Great for large groups! I used Charleston Black Cab's party bus service to transfer around 17 guys for a bachelor party and it exceeded my expectations. The bus was really clean and well kept but it was the friendly staff that made the experience even better

Black Cab company was wonderful for my daughter's prom group! They had to transport 16 teenagers a long distance on a busy Friday night. They actually got the kids to their destination early and drove around until it was cool for them to unload and go into the prom. :) Thank you so much for getting them safely to and from the dance and putting up with all the noise!

Toan and team took care of us and was hassle free, no worry for the entire experience. I made four bookings for two separate days for golf and any issues with the transport would have shot the trip. We did not have to worry as they arrived on time every time and even were flexible to come early when needed. Can't say enough good things about this company in an industry full of bad ones.

Booked with black can for airport transportation because I wanted safe , reliable, prompt, reputable service and that is what I got 💯. Nicholas was my driver and he was so nice and kind . He was ready for me upon arrival even though my flight was delayed . I will hire black cab again without a doubt !!!!!
