Wonderful company from the booking staff to the drivers. We rented a 38 pax limo bus for our sisters wedding. The limo was clean, showed up before pick up time and the driver was very polite and well dressed. I will definitely use them again! Thank you CBCC!!

Great Service! We booked a crafted tour stopping at a winery, tea plantation and brewery. The communication was great prior to booking and tour driver was good with communication day of. The bus was clean and connecting our playlist was easy. We did feel a little rushed the day of -- rather than being able to hang out and explore at each location we had to rush from one spot to the next very quickly... we also didn't actually get to stop in to the brewery. Our driver ran in and bought each of us a beer since we didn't have enough time to stay. Overall it was a fun day, our group had a blast in the van and our driver did a great job offering to take pictures throughout the day! I would book again, just with less activities planned during the trip.

This company made my birthday so awesome. From the booking process to pick up and drop off everything was a breeze. What a great way to spend a few hours with friends!

My flight was delayed, but the company was very flexible in getting my driver there at the time of my arrival even though it was 6 hours past when I was scheduled to land. Similarly after my medical board exam ended early I was pleasantly surprised to find out when I called to notify them that my driver was already on his way. They have stylish and clean luxury cars that far surpass a cab/taxi at a competitive price. Would highly recommend this company to anyone traveling to the Charleston area. Much cheaper than renting a car and much more luxurious than taking a taxi/cab.

Took Charleston Black Cab home from the airport after being gone for the month and the service was amazing! After a long day of travel, it's nice to receive a text upon landing that my car and driver is already waiting out front. Car was very clean, and nice to be offered a bottle of water. Will definitely be riding with them again, and highly recommend for airport transportation.

Both gentlemen who shuttled us to and from downtown Charleston were excellent. Each opened the door for me, made sure my husband and I were comfortable, and drove safely. They even made sure that the music station was to our liking. The conversation was intelligent and interesting as well. I would recommend this service to anyone seeking cab service in this area.
