Outstanding service. Used Charleston Black Cab for transportation to a business dinner for 12 people. The driver was very prompt, communicated his arrival to pick us up. He was extremely friendly and offered bottled water, check on A/c settings. The Sprinter van was very clean and well kept.
The pricing was very reasonable.

The driver was prompt at the airport (even though our flight was early), contacted me at landing, and was proactive at finding me when I walked to the curb. He told us a lot about the city and helped us feel welcome during our drive. Also, ahead of time, when we made a call to make a last-minute change to our group size for a night drive to our hotel, they were very flexible with the change.

The bus was clean, prompt, and very nice. Bluetooth music from your phone, water, ice and coozies available. Great customer service.

We used Charleston Black Cab Company for our wedding in November 2017. They were very accommodating to our guests and offered to drop guests off at any location in the Charleston down town area. We had one shuttle that brought guests to hotels and the other shuttle brought and guests us to the bars downtown. Both drivers were very friendly. We would definitely use them again the next time we are in Charleston.

We used the Black Cab Company for a bachelorette trip in Charleston and it was a 10/10 experience!!! They were extremely timely, communicative, and accommodating to whatever we needed. They were extremely easy to book and work with, and I will definitely recommend them to anyone else I know who is looking for a party bus service! They have a wide range of cars available, and they are all extremely spacious with a nice interior and a great surround system. Definitely book!!
