Charleston Black Cab was recommended to us by a friend who were visiting in Kiawah Island. From the reservation call, to the follow up text and email, the detailed invoicing, the early arrival both ways to the wonderful drivers, the experience overall was awesome. The cars were spotless, the drivers were wonderful. Additionally i felt very safe with my family aboard.

My family and I hired Black Cab to pick us up at the train station and drive us about 20 minutes away. Our train was 2 hours late and we were starving. We were on the train for 15 hours. I had been in touch with my driver Leeza for the last few hours and asked if we were able to stop for food after the pickup. And that's exactly what she did. Leeza, and the company, tried to make us have a great experience. Reliable and dependable. I know I will be in good hands with my return trip to the train.

We stayed on Isle of Palms while celebrating my sister’s bachelorette and hired Charleston Black Cab Company for a day of bar hopping around Charleston. Josh was our driver and was super attentive and accommodating. Booking was also super smooth. Thank you Charleston Black Cab Company for helping add something special to our time in Charleston!

Great service from Charleston Black Cab Company. I called the day before we needed transportation back to the airport, and was given a quote over the phone. I then received an email confirmation--the whole process was so easy! And the forward-facing car seat for a toddler was free to use! From the couple of quotes I received, their prices are very competitive, if not a little better than other company's.
The best part though was our driver (Michael Dao) was wonderful... he showed up early, was so kind and helpful, and even drove us to a gas station for our other rental to fill up before arriving at the airport. I would definitely use them again.

I just had my bachelorette party this past weekend in Charleston and renting a party bus from the Charleston Black Cab Company was by far the best part of the trip! We had a BLAST and my friends cannot stop talking about how fun it was! I recommend this to anyone who is looking for a fun night out or needs to transport a large group of people to a certain location! I will be booking again! Our driver Jeremy was the BEST! I started using Black Cab services in December, about a month after I broke my leg. Since then I've been using Black Cab on a regular basis for trips to multiple physicians' offices as well as for service to and from the airport. I've been very satisfied with both the services and the drivers, who have always been extremely courteous, helpful and highly efficient. I recommend Black Cab very highly and will continue to use this service on a regular basis.
