Amazing service from start to finish. Brandon was amazing as was the communication throughout the whole process. We were able to BYOB, amend stops that ended up being closed based off of Brandon’s expert opinions.

We would definitely use Charleston Black Cab Company again for future transportation! It was really easy to make a reservation online with quick email confirmation. The service tracked our flight and immediately sent a text to let us know the driver's name and arrival time/location at the airport. Our car was clean & comfortable and the drive provided us with some general information on the city and places to see/explore. He was professional, kind, and a safe driver. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you!!!!

We used the Black Cab Company for my friends bachelorette party to take us from Isle of Palms to Charleston for dinner and a night on the town. Derrick drove us literally anywhere we wanted to go and was very prompt to pick us up and patient with a group of 10 girls. The bus was very clean and stocked with water and ice for your beverages.

Tatiana was great and extremely helpful. I don't live in the area but had an emergency and she took care of everything there for me.

Terrie was very prompt and meticulous. She took pride in her vehicle. Offered us waters and made sure the temperature was comfortable for us. Would highly recommend.

Great for large groups! I used Charleston Black Cab's party bus service to transfer around 17 guys for a bachelor party and it exceeded my expectations. The bus was really clean and well kept but it was the friendly staff that made the experience even better

Sheila was an amazing driver and tour guide for us for my friends bachelorette party. Not only was she extremely professional, she has a great personality and was very friendly. We would love to do a tour with Sheila again!

Black Cab has been able to handle all my last minute trips to the airport. I like the cars / drivers and back office system which allows me to schedule trips in advance, pay for them and get a receipt that I can science with a date of the day of travel. Black also is reasonably priced compared with their competitors

Great service! Friendly staff and very accommodating! Pricing was comparable to other on the island.

1. Promptness- Leeza was very prompt and even got there early and was very accommodating as we were surprising the bride with this.
2. Professionalism-she was very professional and went over all of the rules and details of the bus.
3. Helpfulness-she helped with anything we needed with easy and quickly.
4. Accommodating- Accommodated anything we needed and helped take group photos of us.
5. Clean/Comfortable Vehicle- the party bus was clean and comfortable.
6. Any suggestions on how we can improve? None that I can think of.

We would definitely use this company again. Driver arrived ahead of schedule (which was fine, as he waited until the scheduled time of our departure) at the hotel. Drive to the airport was quick and the driver ensured we were all comfortable with the temperature. It was a very nice end to our trip to Charleston.

They have excellent communication, were on time, they over-delivered on service and our expectations, and our driver Valerie was just amazing. The bus was clean and absolutely worth the price of the trip. I would definitely use them again.
