I hired Charleston Black Cab Company for transportation for an important event last week. They were very professional and organized. I received confirmations emailed immediately and all changes I needed were made easily. The drivers were nice and knew where they were going! You get a text when they are en route and when they have arrived. They were very punctual and polite. I will be using them again.

On our wedding day the party bus we rented from another company broke down just before our wedding party was to travel to the ceremony! We called Charleston Black Cab Co. and not only did they accommodate our large party almost immediately, they made the day so much more enjoyable and our ceremony started right on time with all of us present! Our driver was amazing and we were so thankful they were able to save our day!

Last weekend 15 of us were in Charleston for a bachelorette party and we all agreed that we would definitely use Charleston Black Cab again. It was great experience! The driver joshua Is a nice dude and his on time. The inside of the van is awesome, clean and comfortable. We had a blast last night. We will definitely use them for another brewery tour in future.

I received helpful messages about our driver's arrival and he was there ahead of time. I would recommend Black Cab Company to anyone as a good private car airport transfer.
And I have used them again! In May 2018, for airport transfer.
As always, our driver texted us to let us know he was waiting. We had to wait a long time at baggage claim but no problem.
Plus, we had to change to an earlier flight arrival but the Charleston Black Cab co. took care of arrangements. Kudos to them for a relaxing ride home!

AMAZING service while booking a last minute reservation. The owner moved mountains to accommodate our group of 14 for a party bus with only ~24 hours notice. Our driver, Phillip, was great. Danielle was amazing in all aspects from before our tour began up to the moment we were dropped off. She worked with us to make us start time work perfectly and made the day a blast. She was incredibly friendly, funny and helpful throughout, even making an extra unplanned stop at a moments notice. Would highly recommend the tour and her as a guide!

Charleston black cab makes renting a party bus easy. They send text updates, they provide easy to read invoices and above all they show up on time and take you safely to and from your destination. This is the only company I use! And also- you speak to a person some placement service or call center!
